Course contents

This HACCP course is ideal for anyone working in the catering, hospitality or manufacturing industry, The course aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to HACCP and teaches learners about what they can do to help their business implement the system and comply with the law. The course will cover;

  • Hazards and control measures
  • Prerequisite programmes
  • Legal requirements and HACCP principles
  • Implementation of HACCP
  • Control measures
  • CCPs and critical limits
  • Monitoring
  • Corrective action
  • Verification and documentation

Course requirements

There are no subject specific pre-requisites and the qualification is suitable for learners aged 14 years and over. It is recommended that learners have a minimum of level 1 in English and maths, or equivalent. 

Course length and cost

It is a one day course with a multiple-choice examination at the end, which will earn learners a certificate at Level 2 HACCP. The course costs £129.00 per learner, which includes the exam and the certificate. Further discounts are available if ten or more places are purchased at the same time.

* we can provide training at your preferred business location. If the location is within a 40 mile radius of Dereham, Norfolk or Spalding, Lincolnshire, no additional charges will be incurred. Any location outside of the 40 mile radius will be chargeable.
