Level 1 Food Hygiene (online)
The food hygiene e-learning course is suitable for learners requiring a level 1 food hygiene certificate in catering, manufacturing or retail. The course is ideal for staff undergoing induction and awareness training. Our online learning gives you the ability to monitor, manage and record training activity.
Level 2 Food Hygiene (online)
This online food safety level 2 course will enable food handlers to develop a firm grasp of the importance of food safety systems, techniques and the procedures involved. Learners will gain an appreciation of food safety hazards and the confidence and expertise to deliver food safely to customers.
Level 3 Food Hygiene (online)
Our food safety level 3 online training course is aimed at supervisors, team leaders or line managers in the catering and hospitality industry.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Award
Our food safety and hygiene course will enable food handlers to understand the importance of food safety systems, techniques and the procedures involved. This course is ideal for catering and manufacturing staff.
Level 2 Food Hygiene (evenings)
This food safety course is spread over two evenings (5pm until 8pm) which will give food handlers a firm grasp of the importance of food safety systems, techniques and the procedures involved.
Level 2 Food Hygiene (refresher)
This half day course is ideal for candidates who have taken the Level 2 Award in Food Safety more than three years ago and want to update their knowledge.
Level 2 Food Allergen Awareness
This qualification is aimed at food handlers and other staff involved in food preparation, food service and those who work in the catering industry.
Level 3 Food Hygiene in Catering and Manufacturing
This three day Level 3 course in food hygiene is intended for those in a supervisory role in the catering industry. It will give a wider knowledge of food safety legislation and effective supervision.
Level 4 Food Hygiene in Catering and Manufacturing
The Level 4 award in food safety qualification is intended for those whose job requires them to have some responsibility for food safety. Learners are likely to have management responsibilities for an operational team.
Personal Licence - APLH (classroom)
This personal licence face to face course is for anyone wishing to apply for a Personal Licence to sell alcohol at licensed premises.
Personal Licence - APLH (online)
This personal licence online course is ideal for anyone wishing to apply for a Personal Licence to sell alcohol at licensed premises
First Aid (online)
Our First Aid course is suitable for people who are designated as appointed first aiders in the workplace.
