Classroom Food Safety Courses
Our food safety and hygiene course will enable food handlers to understand the importance of food safety systems, techniques and the procedures involved. This course is ideal for catering and manufacturing staff.
This food safety course is spread over two evenings (5pm until 8pm) which will give food handlers a firm grasp of the importance of food safety systems, techniques and the procedures involved.
This three day Level 3 course in food hygiene is intended for those in a supervisory role in the catering industry. It will give a wider knowledge of food safety legislation and effective supervision.
The Level 4 award in food safety qualification is intended for those whose job requires them to have some responsibility for food safety. Learners are likely to have management responsibilities for an operational team.
