Our level 3 food safety online course is designed to develop your current food safety skills and knowledge for those in a supervisory role. The course will give you broader knowledge of food safety legislation, the roles and responsibilities of a supervisor and it will also help to demonstrate compliance with food safety regulations.

Course requirements

There are no entry requirements for this course, however a good understanding of the English language is required. This intermediate qualification is aimed at anyone working in a supervisory or managerial role in the food industry, or for someone who is responsible for the management of food safety in an organisation.

Course length and cost

The food hygiene level three e-learning course take approximately six hours of guided learning. The course costs £175 per learner. Further discounts are available if more than ten courses are purchased at a time.

As this is an online course, you can login any time for up to 12 months after purchase, allowing flexible learning in and around your busy schedule. Login details to our e-learning portal will be sent via email after the course has been booked.
