Craig Fowler - Commercial Manager
Responsible for managing all of the business operations of ehc UK.
Craig is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner with in excess of 20 years of professional practice experience. He has a number of years of experience of being the lead officer for food, Health & Safety, infectious disease and Licensing.
He is well respected for his business and customer friendly approach and is driven by his desire for high levels of performance and to build very strong customer relationships.
Craig has a number of years experience and qualifications in regulating food manufacturing and high risk processes, HACCP and thermal processing. Craig has been involved in a number of national food incidents.
He is a qualified Lead Auditor, Veterinary Auxiliary and has been a registered trainer for in excess of 18 years.
Craig has a good commercial mind set and understands how businesses work, having a good grounding by helping his father run catering and transport related businesses from an early age!
Craig is a classic car enthusiast, enjoys travel, cooking and fine wine/beer!
Andy Dawson - Commercial Associate
Responsible for the development and delivery of business services.
Andy is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health with in excess of 30 years professional practice experience.
For the last 5 years he has been the team leader for the food, health & safety team at South Holland D C.
Andy has gained the respect of both the food industry and the Food Standards Agency and his expertise has been used as part of food incidents and in shaping new national policy.
His background is the meat industry and is from a traditional family butchery business he has spent many years assisting these types of business particularly with food safety management systems. He is also a qualified meat/poultry meat inspector.
Andy has worked with the large manufacturing industry for many years and has knowledge of high risk processes, HACCP and thermal processing. In addition he been responsible for all premises which require specific approval under (EC) 853/2004 legislation.
He has also been a registered trainer for over 20 years and finds this work very rewarding.
Andy is friendly and a good communicator and will always try to provide excellent service to all his clients.
Outside of work Andy is a dedicated family man and is also a keen fan of sport particularly football.
Jeremy Hadaway - Health and Safety Consultant
With over twenty years' experience of providing advice to a wide range of businesses, Jeremy is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and is registered with the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register.
He has the experience and ability to interpret and implement practical health and safety management based on sensible risk evaluation.
Following a career of seventeen years in the electrical supply industry, Jeremy then specialised as a health and safety inspector. During this time he has worked in a wide range of sectors and gained a varied experience.
Outside of work Jeremy is a keen fisherman and occasional cricketer.
Stephane Waterman - Food, Health and Safety Officer & ehc UK Trainer
Stephanie is a Food and Health and Safety Officer with an excess of 20 years of professional practice experience.
She is well respected for her friendly and professional approach with businesses, and has built up some good relationships. She has helped businesses meet standards relating to food safety management systems, auditing and training.
Stephanie has been training food businesses for 10 years, the courses she has covers includes Level 2 and 3 Food Safety and Level 2 and 3 Allergen Management. Stephanie has a good understanding of how businesses work, from working in both rural and city areas and dealing with small to large food businesses.
In her spare time Stephanie is a British Triathlon Coach and a Strength and Conditioning Coach, as well as competing in Triathlons herself.
Keith Mumford - Food, Health & Safety Officer & ehc UK Trainer
Keith is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner with in excess of 20 years of professional practice experience. He has a number of years of experience of being the lead officer for Food, Environmental Protection & Antisocial Behaviour. Keith has been a registered trainer for over 20 years.
He is responsible for carrying out food hygiene, health and safety interventions and training for Breckland Council. He is well respected regarding his work activities and has been involved in many contentious cases. Keith has given expert evidence in many different courts including the High Court, Crown Court and Coroners Court. He has provided and delivered many training courses through ehc UK over the years.
Keith is friendly, approachable and has the desire for improving safety standards. He is committed to high levels of performance and to establish strong customer relationships.
Keith has been awarded with a BSc degree in Environmental Health, an MSc in Food Safety Control and a PG (Dip) in Health and Safety Management. He has a number of years' experience in regulating food manufacturing and high risk processes, HACCP and thermal processing. Keith has been involved in a number of national food incidents.
Jo Sanders - Food, Health & Safety Officer & EHT&C Trainer
Jo is a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, with over 25 years of experience. For the last 19 years she has worked for Breckland Council as a Food and Safety Officer helping business's to meet standards and compliance.
Jo is qualified as a Hospitality and Catering Manager H.C.I.M.A, before she worked as a Food and Safety officer, and worked for many years in kitchens, restaurants and hotels.
Growing up her Family businesses was a bed and breakfast and a public house, this is where Jo had her first hands on experience of catering and hospitality.
Jo is always happy to help, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help businesses. She works part time, to fit working life around her family. In her spare time she enjoys her hobbies includeing fitness, travelling and her volunteer work in her local community.
ehc UKs trainers are members of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health or the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. Between them they have a wealth of experience of their subject, having worked in both city and rural authorities. They are there to train, assist and advise you.
